- Custom or limited edition prints may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- We offer multiple shipping options to best suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any external shipping delays outside of our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).
3. International Shipping
- Currently we only ship within the United States. Please join our mailing list for international updates.
4. Packaging
- To ensure the safety and quality of your fine art prints, all orders are carefully packaged using protective materials. Prints will be shipped in either sturdy tubes or flat protective packaging, depending on their size.
- We take every precaution to prevent damage during transit, but if your print arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us immediately.
5. Tracking and Delivery
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in locating your order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For damaged prints, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
